About Us
Our Team Members are active coaches ready to lead you in executing your game plan with coach/player energy!
Ever wonder why the word “coach” is a noun, verb, and in its best form, a name? The responsibilities and rewards that come with coaching are blessings of the highest form but burdensome as well. Our team members at Five Fs have played, coached, led, and parented for decades. Yet, our excitement in doing it “for the kids” grows every day!
While fundraising is what we do day in and day out, it’s just one of the many things you are responsible for as the coach or leader of a program. We feel our approach to fundraising is a Gift. Let our Gift take care of one of your little things like fundraising, so you can make the big things happen!
The Five Fs Folks
Our team brings decades of experience in partnering, leading, and fundraising for high school, youth, and club programs of all kinds. Even though we’ve got over a combined 100 years of playing and coaching under our belts, we’ve still got the passion to get better every day!
Kelly Wilkins | CEO & Fundraising Coach
The lifelong lessons I’ve been blessed with in coaching both as the player, as well as the coach, have become a playbook for life. The passion to “make a difference” has become an everyday goal and fundraising has given me the opportunity to do so in a way that helps so many others. It’s about the TEAM always and I love embodying that with everything I do in every aspect of Life.
Todd Donaldson | COO & Fundraising Coach
I am a lifelong student of the game. The game of life, football, baseball, fast pitch, lacrosse...it doesn’t matter which one. I want to learn, and I want to coach. The kids I’ve been blessed to know in 25+ years of coaching rec, club, and school sports have taught more than I’ll ever be able to pass on. I enjoy bringing that experience to fundraising.
Take a look at some of our testimonials!
“I was a high school soccer coach for close to 30 years. Finding a good consistent way to raise money for my program was always a struggle until I met Kelly. From the get-go he was invested in my team’s success to raise money and he showed me a clear blueprint, that if followed, was fail-proof. In 2007, The first year I worked with Kelly, my team raised about $3000 in a 10-12 day period By 2015, my teams with Kelly were clearing $15-$16,000 every year in that same 10-12 day period.
Bottom line Kelly made the fundraising process painless and my players, my staff, my parents, and I are grateful for his energy and dedication to helping our teams succeed in this process.”

Working with Kelly for over 10 years now has been a “difference-maker” in our program!
We have been able to make upgrades on our facilities and have been able to take our team on trips each spring break that we simply couldn’t have done in the past.
Nobody loves fundraising but working with Kelly’s company has been nothing short of a huge success and the best part about it for our guys is they always leave with gear or cash in their hands with the incentives that are in place!
Looking forward to another successful fundraising campaign!

Kelly is the best in the fundraising business, period. He is passionate about what he does and cares about the players, coaches, and programs he helps raise money for. Not only is he McCracken County Baseball’s fundraiser coach, but he’s also a friend of the program.

Kelly Wilkins will bring an experience you’ll never forget when working and fundraising with him. While making sure you receive the best product and timely service, he will inspire and motivate you and your team or group to reach above their goal. He was simply the greatest for me and my team during my career. The players loved him, and the incentives were terrific. His Christian values are a shining bonus we all need. Once you’ve worked with Kelly you’ll be changed forever.

I have fundraised alongside Kelly Wilkins for over 15 years. I first met him when I was in high school playing Baseball at Apollo High School. As a high schooler, I loved working with and for Coach Wilkins. He was always high energy; he worked well with my teammates and me; and he always seemed to care about our team’s success as much as he did about making money. As a result of the impression he made on me when I was a player, I didn’t want to work with anyone else when I became a coach. Over ten seasons between Girls’ Soccer and Baseball, Kelly Wilkins has been a part of our staff as our fundraising expert. He continues to be high energy; he continues to work well with youth, and he truly does care about individual programs’ successes. Every time he and I spoke in the preseason, he always asked the same question: “How is this money going to help your program?” He enjoys being able to help provide opportunities, resources, and experiences for our athletes through fundraising. Furthermore, Kelly is someone I consider to be a friend. Although some may view him as “just the fundraising guy,” I have always considered him a part of our team.
